Welcome to the TP53 Mutant Loss Of Activity Database

TP53 Mutant Loss Of Activity Database (TP53MutLoad) is a novel database dedicated to the activity of all TP53 mutants.

Thousands of publications have demonstrated that TP53 mutations have multiple heterogeneous consequences on TP53 activities. Each mutant TP53 is a unique protein with highly specific features that combine a mix of various gains and losses of functions.
This novel database compiles the entire TP53 literature on all aspects of mutant TP53 loss or gain of function (see Table below).

You can browse the database using a user-friendly interface and access all data for your favourite TP53 mutant. Data can be easily printed or saved as an Excel sheet or as a pdf file.
